Tee Time Reservations

Tee times can be reserved by anyone online up to 7 days in advance beginning at 5:30am (i.e. at 5:30am on Sunday for the following Sunday, and so on for each day). Reservations can also be made in person during open business hours.

We DO NOT accept phone calls for tee times.

How to book a tee time:

  1. Click the button above and log in to foreUP, or register if you are new. (Please include complete and accurate information, incomplete accounts may be deleted)
  2. Select a date and browse through tee times. 
  3. Select a tee time. The time will be held for 5 minutes so you can complete the booking.
  4. Select from the available options.
    • Select 9 or 18 holes (if it only shows 1 option, that is the only option available)
    • Select the correct number of players in your group.
    • Select riding or walking. *This isn’t important, you can always decide what you want to do when you check in.
  5. Continue and press “Pay at Facility” if prompted, we never charge when you book.
  6. Add a new credit card (non-AMEX), or select one from the dropdown menu by clicking the arrow. This may only be charged for no-show or cancellation fees according to the policy below.
  7. Click “Book Time”. If you are taken to a confirmation page and get an email, you are all set! If you do not receive an email, your time may not have been reserved. Please try again or call the golf shop for assistance.

Policies

Golf Cart Rentals:

You MUST be 18 or older with a valid Driver’s License to rent and operate a golf cart. Please arrive ready to provide your license, and we will scan it onto your account.

Cancellation & No-Show Policies/Fees:

Note: A valid credit card will be required when booking a tee time. This card will not be charged for the round when you make a reservation. It can only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies if they apply. The person booking will be held responsible if anyone in the group cancels or no-shows.

Cancellation Policy for All Regular Tee Times (excludes “first wave” of Saturday, Sunday & Holiday Mornings).

    a. Tee times may be cancelled up to 5pm of the day before the scheduled playing time.

    b. If a tee time has been made and not cancelled prior to 5pm of the day before the scheduled playing time, and golfers fail to appear for their scheduled tee time (i.e. no-shows), the golfer who made the tee time will be charged the resident walking 18-hole rate for each golfer who doesn’t appear, unless the tee time has been subsequently filled.

Cancellation Policy for Saturday, Sunday & Holiday Mornings (i.e. “first wave”, first 2 hours of tee times)

    a. Tee times may be cancelled up to 5pm, 3 days prior to the scheduled tee time (i.e. 5pm Wednesday for Saturday and 5pm Thursday for Sunday); however a $15 per golfer cancellation fee ($60 per foursome) will be charged to the golfer who made the original tee time.

    b. Cancellations made after this 3 day, 5pm deadline will result in a charge to the golfer who made the reservation of the resident walking 18-hole rate for each cancelled reservation.

    c. If a tee time has been made and not cancelled, and golfers fail to appear for their scheduled tee time (i.e. no-shows), the golfer who made the reservation will be charged the resident walking 18-hole rate for each golfer who doesn’t appear. Further, in the absence of inclement weather, no-shows will be considered an abuse of the system.

NOTE: Tee times can now be cancelled or modified online, by logging in through our reservation portal and clicking My Account — My Reservations.

Walk-ups & Singles:

Tee times can be reserved online the same day, until 1 hour prior to play. Starters will then maintain a list of walk-ups and pair them with available openings on a first-come, first-served basis, but there is no guarantee spots for walk-ups will be available.

Single players cannot book a tee time in a spot that is open for 4 players. Singles can only book in slots that will pair them with an existing two-some or three-some.

Single Rider Carts:

Only 2 carts per group are allowed. Anyone who requests to have a golf cart to themselves will be charged an additional $7 single rider fee on top of the normal greens fees and cart fees. You will not be charged if you happen to be the only person in the group that is riding and there is nobody to share the cart with.

9 or 18 Holes Policy:

  • On Tashua Knolls, golfers may play 9 holes anytime Monday-Friday and after 11:00am (after “first wave” of tee times) on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Golfers may play 9 holes anytime on Tashua Glen.
  • You must pay for 18 holes for rounds prior to 11:00am on Saturdays, Sunday and Holidays.
