Tashua Recreation Area

Owned and operated by the Town of Trumbull CT, the recreation area is a favorite among area residents. Located in the northwest corner of Trumbull, the Tashua Recreation Area features the following:

• A full-size swimming pool with diving area, staffed by two lifeguards from Memorial Day to Labor Day
• A separate "Kiddy Pool" for toddlers (Adult Supervision Required)
• 8 Tennis Courts plus one half-court Tennis Backboard
• A "Tot Lot" Playground with swings, slides, and plenty of shade
• 2 Full-size Basketball Courts
• Multi-purpose fields for Baseball, Softball, or Soccer (Located on Madison Avenue just south of Farmstead Road and overlooks the 14th green of golf course)
• Bathroom Facilities
• Picnic Area
• Concession Stand for Beverage & Snacks

Snacks are available near the pool area and a Grill Room at the golf clubhouse offers a wider selection.

POOL & PARKING - Use of the Tashua Pool requires a current CT Drivers License with Trumbull address. Children must be accompanied by a resident adult. Town residents may obtain passes for out-of-town guests from the Recreation Department located at Town Hall. Parking in the lower lot adjacent to the pool area requires a Trumbull Resident sticker. If you do not have a sticker, you can also obtain one for your vehicle at Town Hall or you should park in the upper parking lot to the right of the clubhouse facilities located at the top of the hill overlooking the pool area.

TENNIS COURTS are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
